Found the information here that your version is compatible with Windows 7. I looked on the Pinnacle website to check compatibilty. Afraid to uninstall and reinstall since I'm not sure how much trouble I will run into with registry or losing anything else associated with what I have already done. Very aggravating why does this have to be so complicated- always my luck.
PINNACLE STUDIO 20 ULTIMATE FOR GAMING MOVIE
So far I have invested $400 in software, hardware and NewBlueFX to use this program instead I am resorting to using my free MS Movie Maker I hate to think I'm going to have to pay $$$$ for the Geek Squad to fix this. What are my options? If the problem is memory or a video card I can handle that, but as it is I have run windows update with no improvements. Pinnacle (Avid) website says drivers are up to date, no updates are available.
According to MS site, Pinnacle 14 is compatible with Windows 7 however, I have Pinnacle Studio MovieBox Ultimate Collection, I don't see that specifically mentioned, just Pinnacle 14 which this version is 14, Nope, nothing worked, problem still exists.
